Mackie Forums - Terms of Use

1. Mackie Forum Moderators view the forums on a Daily basis and will post as appropriate. The forums are not intended to be a chat session with Mackie employees, rather a user discussion with information provided by the moderator when necessary to ensure the accuracy of the content.
   
   
2. Topics shall be restricted to the discussion of tips, techniques and hints for Mackie Equipment use.
   
   
3. Appropriate language shall be used at all times. Foul or degrading language will not be tolerated and may result in the removal of posts, topics or member privileges.
   
   
4. Common courtesy is expected. Personal attacks on other forum members or Mackie Staff will not be tolerated.
   
   
5. Posts regarding the sale of equipment or services of any kind are not allowed and will be removed.
   
   
6. Complaints regarding a post, topic or forum member should be sent to and will be evaluated per the rules of these forums.
   
   
7. Moderators will not comment on Mackie policy, employment or business issues, nor will they comment on release information of new products outside the information provided in the new product release press release.
   
8. TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION
   You agree that: (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of LOUD Technologies Inc. without compensation to you, and (2) LOUD Technologies Inc. can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way.
